Commencement Cowl/Scarf Pattern

If you want to learn to crochet but have never picked up a hook, this is the class for you.  We'll walk you through the basics to make you a successful crocheter.  Plus, we're not just practicing stitches, you'll get to make your first project which can be a cowl or scarf.

 

Materials:

#3 –Dk, about 200 (600) yards. Shown in Noro Kiri (45% Silk, 43% Wool, 12% Mohair, 385 yards) Color #22

Tools & Notions:

US J – Crochet Hook, Locking Stitch Markers

Finished Measurements:

Cowl: 7” wide x 33” circumference

Scarf: 7” wide x 65” length

Note: Finished measurements are given after blocking.
