Chengdu Cowl Pattern

Inspired by Danielle’s whirlwind trip to China with the family, the Chengdu Cowl was born. This cowl features a simple mesh pattern that shows off a thick thin yarn like Malabrigo yarn Caracol beautifully, while keeping the cowl lightweight enough for our warm Spring weather. Super bulky yarn and size 15 needles mean this is a perfect instant gratification project.
Materials:
#6 –Super Bulky about 90 (90, 180) yards. Malabrigo Caracol (100% Merino 90 yards) – Shown in #005 Anniversario
Tools & Notions:
US 15 - 24” (24”, 32”) Circular Needles, Stitch Markers
Gauge:
9 stitches = 4” in Stockinette Stitch
Finished Measurements:
Small: 10” tall x 28” circumference
Medium: 6” tall x 32” circumference
Large: 8” tall x 50” circumference
Note: Finished Measurements are given after blocking
