Storm Shawl via Zoom



An exciting exercise in dropped stitches this short row shawl works up quickly in fingering weight yarn.  In class we'll teach you the garter tab, wrapping and dropping stitches, and wrap & turn short rows.

Materials: 

Approximately 420 yards of fingering weight yarn
We used one skein of Knitique Exclusive Greek Isles Merino Cloud

US 7 24" circular needles
Or, US 7  5" Interchangeable Tips in 
Metal or Bamboo, and a small Twist or Spin 14" Cable

Pre-work:
With waste yarn and spare needles cast on 20 stitches and knit two rows.  We'll use this to practice the drop stitch pattern in session 1.
