This hat pattern is simply gorgeous.  It's 1x1 fair isle accent stripe is paired with a folded double brim for a hat that is squishy and warm.  In class we'll teach you how to work the fair isle, close the gaps for start and end tails, AND how to fold and close up the brim.

Materials:
Bulky weight yarn in 3 colors.  95 yards color A, 15 yards each colors B and C
We used Berroco Ultra Wool Chunky

US 8 16" circular needles
OR, US 8  4" Interchangeable Tips in Metal or Bamboo, and a large Twist or Spin 8" Cable
US 8 DPNs
Stitch Markers

Pre-work:
Cast on and work Rounds 1-30 with color A.  This will allow us to dive right in to the 1x1 color work.

Practice folded hem piece.
With waste yarn and spare needles, cast on 30 stitches
Row 1: Knit across
Row 2: Purl across
Work Rows 1 & 2 ten times total.
