Tranquility Kimono Summer Knit-A-Long
Join us in participating in this Summer's Artyarns Knit-a-long, the Tranquility Kimono. Knit with scrumptiously soft fingering weight yarn, this Kimono is the perfect drapey summer jacket. Artyarns official knit-a-long starts June 1st, so we're offering our own knit-a-long event to help you progress through this stylish garment.
How to participate in the knit-a-long.
1. Sign up for class.
2. Stop by the boutique or visit knitiqueyarns.com to purchase your yarn.
3. Visit the knit-a-long page on ravelry and hit Cast On to create a project. Click here.
4. Fill out your project page including a photo of your yarn and Iris will send you the first part of the pattern.
5. After that you'll need to post a photo of Part 1 completed to receive Part 2, and then again of Part 2 to receive Part 3.
We love Iris' knit-a-longs because there is NO DEADLINE as long as you complete Part 1 by September 1st. Knit at your own pace and enjoy every stitch!
PREREQUISITES
Proficiency in basic knitting skills: knit, purl, cast on, bind off, increase and decrease. Must have knitted some lace before.
