Unique from other cables, Souffle uses a ribbed cable to create added texture and movement, like the peaks of a souffle.  In this class we'll teach you how to knit and purl a cable, stepping up your cabling skills a notch.

Materials: 

180 (240, 360) yards worsted weight yarn
US 9  24" circular needles
Or, US 9  5" Interchangeable Tips in Metal or Bamboo, and a large Twist or Spin 14" Cable

Pre-work:
Cast on for your size and work rounds 1-5 of the body pattern.
