Tinsel Town Cowl
Squeeze in one more quick project for the holidays with our Tinsel Town cowl. First unveiled during our Small Business Saturday event, this cowl takes just one skein of scrumptious Dk weight hand dyed yarn. This project will teach you how to create a unique stitch pattern with slipped stitches that looks good in variegated, semi-solid, gradient, and more!
| Requirements: | PRE-HOMEWORK Gauge: 19 stitches = 4 inches Cast on 192. Join in the round being careful not to twist. Round 1: *k1 through back loop, p1; repeat from * to end of round Repeat Round 1 for 1 inch. SUPPLIES Pattern: Available at class for printing fee 270 (370) yards DK weight yarn, sample knit using one skein Dream in Color Cosette US 7, 24 inch circulars, or size needed to obtain gauge Stitch markers Please bring these additional tools: Knitting gauge, scissors, tape measure Tapestry needle (preferably bent tip) Paper & pen for note taking if desired |
