Cascading Tiles
A simple lace yoke is followed up with a gradient of mini skeins worked in a mosaic pattern. This project is a great way to learn mosaic knitting while ending up with something stunning at the end.

| Requirements: | PRE-HOMEWORK Gauge: 24 stitches = 4 inches stockinette SUPPLIES Pattern: Available at class $7.00 plus printing fee Fingering weight yarn, 400 yards main color, 200 yards contrast, sample knit with kit that is one full skein and six mini skeins US 4 & 5 24 inch circular needles Stitch markers Please bring these additional tools: Knitting gauge, scissors, tape measure. Tapestry needle (preferably bent tip) Paper & pen for note taking if desired |
