Downtown Cowl
This crescent shaped circular cowl blends two weights of yarn together to create a stunning accessory that can be worn a variety of ways. In this class you'll learn to knit stripes and short rows, it's the perfect project for those who want to add a new skill to their repertoire.
Please bring these additional tools: Knitting gauge, scissors, tape measure, paper & pen for note taking if desired, tapestry needle (preferably bent tip).

Requirements: | PRE-WORK
Using contrast color (the DK weight yarn), and size 3, 24 inch needle, cast on 120 sts, purl one round. Place marker and join in the round, being careful not to twist. Now purl two more rounds.
Next, *k9, kfb* 12 times. 132 stitches
Bring the 24 inch size 5 needle to class!
GAUGE: 22 sts and 32 rows = 4 inch
