Fuschia Meadows Poncho/Scarf
We're currently in love with dropped stitches. They give your fabric a luxurious open look with half the effort of traditional knitted lace. This design combines this effect with a chevron pattern and creates a truly stunning fabric. This project will teach you a variety of techniques from increasing and decreasing to create a pattern, to how to change colors. Be sure to head over to knitique.net to sign up. Spaces are limited.

| Requirements: | PRE-WORK None GAUGE: 18 stitches = 4 inches in Stockinette Stitch after blocking SUPPLIES PATTERN: Available at class: $5.00 plus printing fee YARN: Main Color - 437 yards fingering, Contrast Color – 437 yards fingering NEEDLES: US 8, 24 inch circular needle. (Only the size 6 is needed for class) Stitch markers Please bring these additional tools: Knitting gauge, scissors, tape measure, paper & pen for note taking if desired, tapestry needle (preferably bent tip). |
